6 Unique and amaizing things in human nature and behavior.

There are many things that we humans possess that make us unique from other creatures. There are also many things about us that boggle our minds and make us ask what they are and why they are there. All in all, human beings possess many things that are hard to explain or are vast in nature to grasp conceptually. Here are a list of some
1) Recognition of the soul:- The soul is a controversial issue. There are many that argue that it doesn't exist at all. There are also many that argue that it is part of an essential nature of all beings especially humans. What makes it unique to us is, it is believed that our soul is the most valuable one and is the only one worth living after death. We humans among all creatures are also the only ones that recognize and ask and wonder about such entity. What makes the soul controversial is that it is not observable.
We humans feel that we have a soul. We feel and have this sense that we are a lot more than just physical entities.
If there is such a thing as the soul what is it? Where is it? Is it the human soul that is the only worthy one to exist after death? Do other creatures have soul? Why can't it be observed by the physical media? Is it immortal?
There are many questions that can potentially be asked of the soul if it exists. The fact that we are the only creatures on this planet that we know as of now that ask such questions makes us unique. The fact that it is unobservable by any physical media makes it an amazing entity if it exists.
2) There are certain sounds that are unbearable for us to hear but frequencies differ from person to person:- There are certain sound frequencies that are naturally unbearable for us to hear. Imagine a person scraping a blackboard with his/her nails really hard. Imagine the sound that comes with it. For many this is a very disgusting sound and is somehow unbearable to experience. Why is it unbearable? Why does the unbearable frequency differ from person to person.
3) The power of belief:- Some may argue that believing in something has no power whatsoever in the physical realm. Well scientific studies do prove them wrong. According to medical researches done on volunteers, patients were amazingly cured when given dummy tablets when they believed that it was real. The question is how did that happen? What is the connection between thought and reality? Does believing make things happen?
4) Hope:- Hope is arguably one of the greatest strength and weakness of human beings. Although may sometimes be blinding and a blurring agent for us to see real truth clearly, it is one of the greatest if not the greatest mechanisms that helps us overcome barriers, cross the uncrossable, rejoice in a time of sorrow, relax in a time of stress and full of life in the face of death.
Hope may be a feel of reality that may or may not be real. SO is hope a feeling that occurs because things to look forward to are real or is it just a feeling that occurred in order to give us strength and encourage us.
5) Imagination (Reality outside of reality):- Though imagination may not be recognized as real, it does mimic reality to a certain extent and gets one almost to the state of realness. It is amazing and also frighting what our imagination may do to us. In rare cases there are people who see, smell and taste things that they imagine. Imagination again is something that is believed to be uniquely given to us amongst all other creatures.
Is imagination just a thought? Could it be a level of existence?
6) Dream:- Dream like imagination comes out of thought process. Again just like imagination, it does take one almost and maybe quite to the state of realness as it can. What is dream? Is it another reality? Is it another existence? Is it just a thought process? Is it a lower level of existence? Is it a higher level of conciseness? What is it?

11 very effective ways on how to deal with stress.

It is a known fact that stress is an inescapable reality which is part of a human life. Stress as recently proven can be a major cause of many dangerous diseases and health complications. So stress has to be dealt with accordingly. There are many ways in which to deal stress and some of them are experimentally proven. So here are some really good tips which some of them are medically proven on how to deal with stress.
1) Get well acquainted with yourself and love yourself:- This step is actually the first stepping stone for dealing with a lot of problems. Stress may arise or worsen if one is not well acquainted with oneself and deal with the feelings and emotions that may arise to the extent that best fits one.
2) Always try to look at the positive side of things:- Being optimistic has great advantages in dealing with stress. If one makes a habit of looking at the positive side of things rather than the negative, it has been proven that it would reduce the amount of stress that one may experience in the short and long term as well.
3) Confront and solve challenges and problems accordingly and logically:- In order not to be engulfed in problems and them lead to inevitable stress, one has to always confront, deal and solve problems and challenges that life puts out accordingly, by the time limit that they need to be dealt with and logically. One should not disregard the word 'logically'. If problems and challenges are not dealt logically then it would be like trying to walk in the dark just by feeling the things around.
4) Let go of the things that you can not control:- One needs to learn that it is stupid not to let go of things that one can not control. Of course it is good to give a good try to all things but if it is a situation that one definitely can not control, then the answer that one is looking for is already there. That is to just let go. If not one would be engulfed with uncontrollable and unmanageable stress until one learns to let go.
5) Get enough sleep:- Even though one does not have problems in one's life, not getting enough sleep stresses the mind because the mind is not getting enough rest to regenerate itself. Stress can sometimes be a direct result of not getting enough sleep. So in order to have an enjoyable and stress free life one needs to get enough sleep.
6) Eat right and exercise regularly:- Eating right and exercising regularly are among the great tools in reducing stress both for long and short term results. If we look at the short term results, if one overeats or does not eat enough, the body itself would be in stress and it would be impossible not to feel stressed, lazy and agitated in those situations. When one exercises, there will be an increase of blood flow in the body then as we may have all experienced, there is a feeling of great ease and relaxation afterwards. To look at the long term results, both eating right and exercising regularly help in generating and maintaining a healthy body and mind thus a more relaxed, stress free state of being.
7) Make and maintain good friends:- We as humans are social animals and just the reality of having someone to talk to reduces stress significantly. Having good friends certainly eases the stress that may be experienced by anyone in many ways. One can go out and have fun with friends which certainly is a lot more enjoyable than doing it alone. The other benefit that one may have of having friends to reduce stress is, one can go and talk to a good friend that one can trust about troubling issues and may find support for the problems and comfort by sharing it with someone else instead of keeping it to self and facing it alone.
8) Be an environment suitable for you:- If one wants to get rid of stress one has to get rid of the stress triggers. If the environment that one lives in is stress triggering for that particular person, that person has to change the environment in order to lesson the amount of stress.
9) Meditate and do yoga:- Meditation and yoga have been proven as one of the greatest and most effective agents in reducing stress and improving physical and mental health as a whole.
10) Have a distant relationship with your thoughts:- One of the major agents of stress if not the major is thought. We may thing that we are in control of our thoughts. But one may be in for a surprise if one tries to stop thinking. Being overwhelmed and drowned by our thoughts is one of the major if not the major agent of stress.
So what one has to do is try to control one's thoughts. But that is not as easy as it sounds and infact is impossible.
One of the most effective ways of having some kind of control over our thoughts is instead of trying to stop thinking, one could just disassociate and observe thoughts without judging them, trying to stop or control them or trying to add any thought over them and just observe them as they come and go. This would legitimately give a separate entity of one from thought. This is a very effective way of reducing stress significantly.
11) Make a habit of being in the now:- Being in the now whenever one doesn't have to think or make agendas helps a lot in relaxing one's mind and enjoying anything that life throws at one. Making a time for such a practice helps in the short term and especially in the long run.

How to have a logical mindset.

Being logical is and has been the fundamental building block of modern civilization, science and development. Being logical means being reasonable and mainly backed by evidence.
Although everybody thinks that they are logical, being real logical has its catch.
Here are some tips on how to develop a logical mindset.
1) Increase your knowledge:- Knowledge is power. By increasing one's knowledge one would be exposed to different ideas and thoughts and would give one ground in scattering one's views into different angles.
2) Question everything:- In order to have a totally logical mindset, one has to question everything even those things that one thinks that shouldn't be questioned.
3) Do not take sides in reasoning out:-  Taking sides for one's own benefit is common and reasonable. But when trying to figure things out in order to understand things one shouldn't take any sides for it is common for one to take side and believe in what one wants to believe in.

Why does music move us?(It moves us according to our own vibe.)

Music as we know is one of the most influential things in the world. It has been seen that music does not only effect humans but animals and plants as well. For us humans, music can stress, relax, move and influence us as a whole.
Why is music this powerful? What powers and spell does it posses in it?
Music is actually an emitance of  a prearranged range of vibrations and usually accompanied by words.
Vibration is an essential element in nature. Some scientists even claim that all is made of vibrations to begin with and that vibration is the essential nature of everything in this reality.
Vibrations also are nowadays used to sooth and relax people in some places.
Music naturally being a vibration or set of vibrations, the vibration of music touches and moves one according to the vibe of one's own mind set and the vibe of the state of mind that one is in at the time one hears the music and the words that are smeared with it enforces the effect or reduces it according to the vibe of the state of mind that one is in.

There is no such thing as absolute chaos.(All things are governed by the law of nature.)

One of the most frightening ideas that humans may have is of chaos. But what is chaos? Should we really be afraid of it?
To make things short, we shouldn't be that afraid of chaos. The reason behind this notion is that absolute chaos doesn't exist.
Absolute chaos means no rule or law or governance whatsoever so that all things happen uncontrollably and unreasonably. That is not possible in any reality because all things are governed by the law of nature. Reality itself originates from the law of nature. Thus we can say that there is no such a thing as absolute chaos.

In order to avoid chaos things should change slowly.(There is a limit by nature that limits the pace of change of everything.)

Change is a fundamental part of anything and everything except for maybe our own soul. Everything changes and is in a constant momentum of change.
We as humans and the environment and conditions we live in also change constantly. Change may occur for the good and maybe for the bad.
There is a limit set by nature that limits the pace of change of everything. But that varies according to the situation and particular subject experiencing change and the method used to bring about the change.
Fast change requires tremendous energy and less time, slow change requires less energy and more time.
Imagine drinking a very cold cup of water and immediately after drinking a very hot tea, it would for sure bring some pain in the body and probably let a tooth or two loose. Also try to imagine putting a fist on one's face at a very quick pace and then imagine the same thing at a very slow pace. At the quick pace one is for sure to experience bruises.
Concerning change, it goes the same with everything almost all the time. The main area that this article wants to concentrate on is change in our attitude, action and environment. Bringing change in those areas for the good is a good thing but like in everything else, trying to bring a quick and drastic change may bring catastrophes along with it.

Why aren't machines alive? To be alive is to be a slave to self.

In the world we live in today, we are witnesses to incredible machines that do extraordinary things and things that are extremely hard and even impossible for us humans to do. When we see that, we may somehow be intimidated by the idea of what may happen if they become aware of themselves and masters of their own.
Machines becoming masters of their own is a terrifying thought as they can be a lot quicker, stronger and have a greater danger endurance that us. If they become aware, it would be arguable that they would also be smarter than us. That reality may put us humans or even natural life forms in danger.
What makes the machines enslaved to us? What prevents them from owning a life and becoming aware of self? Where is the dividing line?
It is very evident and logical that things of significant meaning to a beholder and beholders as a whole and also things like life don't happen improperly. They must have a proper legitimacy in order for them to exist. If one looks at nature and the way reality unfolds, there is a general properness to everything. If it be proper for machines to obtain life then they will.
What is it to be alive though? What is the dividing line? What do machines need to posses in order to be legitimate to be alive? As stated earlier there is a legitimacy to everything in nature.
Well in order to be legitimately alive, machines need to be slaves of their own. If they are complex they need to be slaves and masters of their own. It is the same with any life form. To be alive is to be a slave to self, or in advanced cases to be a slave and a master of self.
